66. Momos and ethics

Yesterday, some of us had a cooking class and learned to make momos - veg momos, potato momos, steamed, fried, half fried and even chocolate momos!  Wonderful.  And delicious too!

Of course our amateur attempts didn't look like the pro job:

And an ethical question!  I wrote an affectionate portrait of an acquaintance here and then got cold feet about putting it in here.  It seems somehow disloyal..............I want to write about what I see and do, and particularly about the people I meet but not sure about the ethics of writing about somebody I meet on a daily basis...............  Life is no simpler here than it is in Ludlow!!
